Proposed resolution:

Remove the row containing ssize_t from Table 119 "Atomics for standard typedef types" in [atomics.types.address].

There is a row in "Table 122 - Atomics for standard typedef types" in [atomics.types.integral] with atomic_ssize_t and ssize_t. Unless, I'm missing something ssize_t is not defined by the standard.
